Use and Consent
Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) in full before purchasing any digital product (“Digital Product”) from The Virtual Vision Co. (“we,” “us,” “our”). By completing your purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms, whether or not you have read them in full.
Order Confirmation & Payment
You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order. If there's an error, it's your responsibility to contact us immediately.
All pricing and payment terms are clearly stated on the product sales page. By purchasing, you agree to pay the listed price and acknowledge financial responsibility for all transactions made by you.
If your payment is declined or charged back, we reserve the right to revoke access to the Digital Product and terminate this agreement.
We and our third-party payment processors collect personal information (e.g., name, email, billing data). Third-party terms and privacy policies apply independently. We are not liable for any misuse of your data by those third parties. You accept full responsibility for any issues resulting from those interactions.
Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, regardless of changes in pricing, promotions, or user dissatisfaction.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to Digital Products at any time for violation of these Terms, without notice or refund.
Intellectual Property
All Digital Products and their contents (videos, PDFs, graphics, downloads, etc.) are the property of The Virtual Vision Co. and protected by U.S. intellectual property laws.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased Digital Products for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing, sublicensing, or distributing our products (in part or full) is strictly prohibited. This includes sharing login credentials or any content with others.
You may not use any part of our materials to create a competing product, reverse engineer, reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, or repurpose content in any form without express written permission.
Trademarks, logos, and other identifiers are protected, and no license or usage rights are granted through your purchase.

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
